When will my order be placed?
Your order will be placed within 24-48 hours
after payment and you will receive a confirmation email that we received your order.
Within several days after your order is placed we will send you your login information so

When will my order be completed?

complete in a few days and other orders can take weeks or even months. This depends on
your banner ad, the product or service you are offering, and the demand for your product
or service. These are factors beyond our control.
Are these people paid to open the
emails or click on my banner?
No, these emails are not incentivized. No one is paid to open the email or click on your
banner ad. Readers do this only if they are interested in what you are offering.
What size does my email banner ad need to be?
It can be a normal banner 468x60 up to a larger banner ad 600wide x 100deep no more that
20k
Is it true that banners ads don't work well anymore?
Regular banner ads have lost some of their effectiveness in recent years, but a lot of
this depends on how visually powerful your banner ad is. Email banner ads are 200-300%
more effective because they really stand out in an email message.
How many banner ads are
included in each email?
We only ever include one in each email and that's yours! It would take forever to fill
your order if we included anymore and our goal is to fill your order in the fastest time
possible. Plus your banner really stands out in these emails. Yours is the only offer in

How will I know if my banner ad is being seen?
You get a login panel where you can view your stats. If you ordered 10,000 emails opened,
our sophisticated tracking system will show you how many people opened the email with your
banner ad in it. If you ordered 250 banner click through's then you will be able to see
how many people actually clicked on your banner and went to your website each day. Our
stats are the final authority. If a discrepancy of more than 25% occurs, we will need
access to server logs to verify and we will replace all views in question.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your campaign has commenced there is no way to stop it until it finished and,
therefore, we offer no refunds.
What Guarantees do you offer?
We guarantee to deliver exactly what you order. If you order 10,000 emails opened with
your banner ad in them, you will receive exactly that. If you order 250 email clicks, you
will get 250 new people that visit your website. We cannot guarantee that people will
signup or buy your product or service, the selling part is up to your website.
