How long does it take to deliver my
traffic?
This depends on the size of the order. Most orders are filled within 30 days, some orders
take longer according to the countries targeted.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your campaign has been placed no refunds are available. You can pause a campaign at
anytime, change the URL for the campaign, or change the daily delivery cap form within
your customer login area.
What kind of results can I expect?
We will deliver all the guaranteed traffic your ordered, however, JPE Advertising does not
guarantee sales from using our services. Poor sales can result from a variety of reasons
beyond our control such as poor website design, navigation, sales copy etc.
